PAYMENT TERMS:

  • After registration (date TBC), upon acceptance to a tour, a 25% non-refundable deposit per person will be required to secure your place.

  • Full payment will be due 60 days before departure.

  • Our cancellation policy will be outlined in the Terms and Conditions during the registration process.

  • Spaces will be limited.

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Airfare (International and/or domestic)

  • Lunches (daily)

  • Travel and medical insurance (strongly recommended)

  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, drinks, etc.)

  • Visa or ETA-IL fees, if applicable

  • Any injury or illness expenses

  • Costs due to interrupted tours, canceled flights, or unforeseen events

REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION:

  • A valid passport (must be valid 6 months beyond the travel date)

  • ETA-IL approval (for visa-free countries)

  • Visa approval, where applicable

  • Copy of flight tickets / confirmed arrival time into Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion Airport – TLV)

​Will be required to provide your passport copy and a copy of your flight tickets at least one (1) month before departure.

**IMPORTANT**:
Each traveler will be required to complete their OWN registration form. This ensures that every participant personally agrees to the required terms, conditions, and waiver.
